Shipping policy

Overview

  • Orders are processed within [1–3] business days (excluding weekends and holidays). Processing includes payment verification, quality check, and packing.
  • Shipping times are in addition to processing time.

Shipping Rates

  • Shipping costs are calculated at checkout based on package weight, dimensions, and destination.
  • Free standard shipping on all domestic orders.

Order Tracking

  • Once shipped, you will receive an email with a tracking number and carrier link. Please allow 24 hours for tracking info to update.
  • If tracking shows delivery but you did not receive the package, contact us at pedersenartisanboards@gmail.com and we’ll investigate.

International Orders & Customs

  • International customers are responsible for any customs duties, taxes, or import fees levied by their country. These charges are not included in the item price or shipping cost.
  • Delivery times for international orders may be affected by customs processing.

Delays, Lost or Damaged Packages

  • Shipping times are estimates. Delays may occur due to carrier issues, weather, holidays, or customs.
  • If your order is lost or arrives damaged, contact us within [7–14] days of the expected delivery date at pedersenartisanboards@gmail.com with photos (if damaged) and your order number. We will work with the carrier to file a claim and resolve the issue.

Address Changes & Undeliverable Packages

  • Please enter shipping addresses carefully. We are not responsible for orders shipped to incorrect addresses provided by the customer.
  • If a package is returned to us as undeliverable, we will contact you for a reshipment address. Additional shipping charges may apply.

High-Value Orders & Signature Confirmation

  • For high-value items, we may require signature confirmation upon delivery. If you prefer additional insurance or signature options, contact us before placing your order.

Holiday & Peak Season Shipping

  • During peak seasons (holidays, sales), processing and shipping may take longer. Please order early to ensure timely delivery.
